- TEACH HOW TO LEAD WITH ETHICAL VALUES: Leaders will need to talk through complex issues and explore how to maintain the “non-negotiable” values while making good business decisions at the same time.
- MAKE LEADING WITH VALUES PAY OFF: Leaders who consistently model the “non-negotiable” values should be rewarded so that others get the message that those values are just as important to the organization as profitability and growth.
